How can I register for a course?
You can either complete the online booking form from our Enrollment Page or you can reach us thru our Contact Form
and we will email a booking form to you. Alternatively,
you can call or SMS us on 9389 2011
and we will be happy to post you a booking form to your
preferred address. Once you have completed the form,
you can send it by post together with your deposit.

How long will it take before I know I am accepted on to the course?
AsiaTraining.com will confirm your booking within 24
hours (Monday to Friday) of receiving your booking form.
In case the course you chose is fully booked we will
return your deposit cheque right away.

How can I pay for the course?
You can pay either by Credit Card, by PayPal (if you have an account), by Bank Transfer or by Check thru the Enrolment Page. The balance payment
will be collected on the day of the course itself, and can be paid via cheque (preferred) or cash.

What is your refund policy?
- If the course you chose is fully booked we send
you your original cheque back immediately.
- If you cancel your booking more than three weeks
before the course commencement you get your full deposit
back.
- If you cancel your booking less than three weeks
but more than 10 days before the course commencement
date you get 50% of your deposit back.
- If you cancel your booking 10 days or less before
the course commences you will not get your deposit
back. However, if you can't come you can send somebody
else to take your place. There are no fees involved
in this change, just let us know the details of your
friend.

What is your Money back Guarantee?
We stand fully behind our courses and believe that
we give you the best. However, if after the course ended
you honestly feel that you have not learned anything
useful (or just very little) we give you your money
back, all of it! That's our guarantee!

What if I come late for a Course, or I have to leave earlier?
The Courses are highly structured and very intensive.
You should make every effort to be on time and to attend
the whole course in order to get the best out of it.
We are also unable to offer a refund if you come late
or need to leave early.
